Responsiblities : • To liaise with the relevant departments for the smooth implementation of all NPI • Work closely with Design & Tooling Department on tool design; modification and fabrication to minimize hiccups in all project; • Performs analysis of process related problem with the aids of design of experiments (DOE) data gathering and initiates corrective and preventive action to eliminate the root cause of the problem; • Responsible in finalization of all the Process Control Plans, Flow Charts and Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis prior to mass production of new product/model; • Review manufacturing methodology for processes enhancement and robustness.
Requirement : • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Master Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; • At least 5 years and above working experience. • Knowledge on 6 Sigma, 7QC Tools, PFME, DOE, SPC and etc. • Age 29 to 35 years old. • Good concept in Poka Yoke, Jig& Fixture and able to interpret 2D & 3D drawing. • Experience in aluminium/magnesium Casting & Moulding industry are advantage. • Able to work under tight schedule with multiple assigned task • Have certificate in IATF (TS) 16949 and ISO 13485 Certification

Job description
A) AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN RELATED FIELD.
B) DEGREE IN RELATED FIELD
1. Providing advice for new product to our Customer.
2. Responsible for the business development with the Customer.
3. Handling Customer queries and technical clarification
4. Have a helicopter view of the project by coordinating with Engineering /design/Production Staff about customer product
5. Ensure every aspect of a new project run smoothly by preparing the required documents based on standard operation procedure (SOP)
6. Carter to customer needs and take proactive action to the team by making decisive action via considering all aspect beforehand
7. Be the voice of the customer within production line.
8. Improve the coverage of customer as help to find the standard operation procedure of how to reach customer that never been able to before.
9. Help to prepare the quotations in such a large amount quantity in a short span of time.
10. Preferable experience in Manufacturing Industry are advantage.

2. SET UP MOULD ACCORDING TO THE SCHEDULE PLANNED
3. PERFORM INJECTION MOULDING TROUBLESHOOTING
4. IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO QUALITY MATTERS
5. SET MOULDING PARAMETER SETTING
6. MAINTAIN GOOD HOUSEKEEPING AND 5S
7. CARRY OUT SCHEDULED AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ON ALL THIXOMOULDING MACHINE & DIE-CASTING MACHINE
REQUIREMENTS:
1. MIN CERTIFICATES IN VOCATIONAL/ FRESH GRADUATES / DIPLOMA/ DEGREE IN EQUIVALENT OR RELATED FIELD
