Purpose and Scope
- Execute assigned O&M planning activities to improve work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access.
- Execute assigned O&M planning activities, in compliance with regulatory and company's standards and requirements, in particular company's safety standards at Banyan CCP3, BESS & BWWT.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Review new work requests daily for scheduling and completion.
- Conduct regular planning meetings with Plant Management team and others as necessary to fully understand the work required; coordinate work plans among all stakeholders including plant personnel, contractors, suppliers and other entities as required.
- Plans and schedule all plant outages utilizing Microsoft Project to create detailed plans and schedules that include appropriate activities and resource assignments. Monitor project progress and provide appropriate updates of schedule and completion status.
- Establish contingency work priorities for forced outage situations.
- Support warehouse management activities such as uploading inventory list in the CMMS.
- Administer a maintenance plan using the CMMS that ensures electrical and mechanical equipment is serviced and maintained in accordance with vendor recommendations and procedures.
- Liaising with managers, contractors, vendors and engineers to discuss the progress of the plant outages and address any issues that arise.
- Preparation and tracking of the plant Annual Generating Operating Plan (AGOP).
- Performs other duties as assigned such as monthly management reporting, tracking close out of RCAs and MOCs.
- Coordinate, planning and tracking of plant annual Opex and Capex budgeting.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Engineering preferably with Mechanical background.
- Preferably with minimum 3 years of experience in relevant Maintenance fields in a Power Plant or Petrochemical Industry
- Certified Project Management Professional or Certified Maintenance Planner will be added advantage.
Preferred Skills & Characteristics
- Safety conscious
- Preferable with general knowledge of power plant operations
- Preferable with experience as a power/petrochemical plant maintenance or equivalent
- Maintenance planning and scheduling: Experience in developing and managing maintenance plans and schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, prioritizing work orders, resources allocations and optimizing maintenance activities. Ability to balance maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability while minimizing downtime and costs.
- CMMS proficiency: Proficiency in using and administering Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software to create and manage maintenance plans, generate work orders, schedule and assign tasks, track maintenance activities, and monitor equipment performance. Familiarity with popular CMMS tools such as SAP would be ideal.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and collaborate with others.
- Ability to developed and understand procedures and instructions.
- Experience in using available planning tools in the organization such as MS Project and other software tools is compulsory.
