Responsibilities

• Execute strategic digital marketing campaigns, seamlessly integrating SEO, SEM, and impactful English copywriting
• Independently manage SEO and paid media operations, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO audits, campaign setup, optimization, budget management, and performance analysis across platforms

The HR & Payroll Executive is pivotal in supporting the Local MU organization by fostering a performance culture and enhancing associate engagement. This multifaceted role encompasses various HR functions, including day-to-day HR operations, signature HR processes, payroll delivery, data management, policy and handbook compilation, SOP review and updates, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations. With accountability for executing the local HR agenda, the HR & Payroll Executive plays a crucial role in driving organizational success and employee satisfaction.

You will play an important role, such as:

Payroll Management:

• Oversee and manage the payroll process for employees within the Malaysia MU organization.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including deductions, bonuses, and other compensations.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve any payroll-related queries or issues.

Policy Compilation and Handbook Development:

• Compile, review, and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and organizational guidelines.
• Develop employee handbooks to provide comprehensive guidance on company policies, procedures, and benefits.

Ensure the dissemination of updated policies and handbooks to employees and conduct training sessions if necessary.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Review and Updates:

• Review existing SOPs across various HR functions and identify areas for improvement or updates.
• Work closely with relevant departments to implement changes to SOPs as needed.
• Ensure that all SOPs are up-to-date, compliant with regulations, and effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders.

HR Service Support:

• Provide support to employees and management on HR-related inquiries, such as benefits, leaves, and policies.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Reporting and Compliance:

• Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, payroll processing, and compliance-related matters.
• Monitor HR activities to ensure adherence to legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
• Assist in audits and compliance checks, providing necessary documentation and support as required.

• Ensure that all company tools and equipment are kept in good operational condition.
• Perform necessary maintenance for PTP Yard and offshore equipment.
• Routine inspection on all machinery as per the schedule and non-scheduled maintenance.
• Carry out preventive maintenance schedule including management of routine calibration of equipment as necessary.
• Complete daily/ weekly / monthly maintenance checklist.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electrical meters and materials handling equipment in performing of duties.
• Ensure the highest level of safety is maintained in all locations according to the regulations
• Perform any other duties or undertake additional roles from time to time, whether ad-hoc or otherwise, as assigned by the management.
• Coordinate offshore crew for maintenance support and local contractors in terms of quotations and activities as required to support service activities.
• Help train offshore crew in equipment operation if required and support trial activities as required.
• Help equipment manager to update asset database with equipment updates and movements.
• Support offshore team in the delivery of projects if required.

The Internal Controller Specialist is a vital member of the Malaysia Commercial Finance team for Oldtown White Coffee. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of finance and accounting activities within the organization. Reporting directly to the Internal Controller Lead, the Internal Controller Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the company's strategy and business activities by providing financial expertise, ensuring compliance, driving accountability, and managing financial risks effectively.
