Job Scope:
· Drafting and reviewing services agreements, retailer agreements and other legal documents / agreements
· Coordinating and corresponding with internal business stakeholders and external parties on the timely preparation, finalization and execution of such legal documents / agreements
· Organizing and maintaining the executed legal documents / agreements in a filing system
· Developing internal relationships, processes and policies which facilitate the provision of accurate and timely legal and risk management services to the business
· Providing administrative assistance for the Legal Function
Requirements:
· Min Diploma in Law with at least 5-years of corporate legal experience gained from private practice and/or in-house roles (experience in a multi-national organization is desirable)
· Familiar with legal documents and agreements
· Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
· Oral and written communication skills
· Meticulous, proactive, self-motivated and “hands-on” team player
· Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task and manage time-sensitive documents in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information:
· Start Date: Immediate
· Working days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, flexi working hours and hybrid
· Contract Duration: 12-month, with 1-month completion bonus
