- Assist and support in corporate secretarial matters, including preparation of documents,coordination of signing/notarization/certification, etc.

- Assist in the organization of key Legal & Compliance documents, such as internal policies, legalspend tracker.

- Assist in the organization and maintenance of our Legal & Compliance Portal and otherdocumentation (including contract forms/templates, policies and internal legal resources).

- Manage the implementation of internal compliance procedures such as due diligence/KYC,litigation searches and third-party screening.

- Handle vendor management matters, including purchase requisition and order processes. andassist in tracking Legal and Compliance’s budget spend.

- Assist in formatting, templatization and other related support for documents based on MSOffice.

- Provide general support on administrative matters and assist in ad-hoc tasks as may be assignedfrom time to time.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma/Degree in legal or IP-related studies or equivalent

- 2-6 years working experience as a Paralegal, legal secretary or IP executive. Experience with IPmanagement is a bonus.

- In-house legal or law firm experience is preferred

- Adapt at MS Office, DocuSign and other related applications

• Current or recent experience of assisting a residential property fee earner or team
• Experience within a conveyancing department providing high quality support in this area
• Good understanding of the full conveyancing process
