Responsibilities :

• Execute assistance functions to help manage a showroom.
• Display showroom products and merchandize in a pleasing and attractive manner.
• Answer and respond to customer inquiries on showroom products.
• Demonstrate showroom products to the customers to hard sell.
• Assist customers in locating their products.
• Maintain and manage showroom premises neat and clean.
• Follow and implement schedule of opening and closing of showroom.

Requirements :

• Monitor tax compliance and preparation of quarterly tax computation and estimates, quarterly defer tax computation, transfer pricing report preparation, SST, withholding tax, and in charge of annual tax review and submission to company tax agent and other tax related matters.
•   In charge of payments review and ensure completeness of documents and compliances for payment approval submission.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and monthly management report with compliance to accounting standards (IFRS, MFRS) & company policies and statutory requirements.

• Provide support for completion of internal and external audit/tax reporting.

• Support the Finance team to ensure smooth daily Account and Finance operations.
• Additional tasks/responsibilities as assigned periodically such as budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, project costing, cash flow management etc.

2. A SPM or Diploma holder.

1. Manage monthly Custom report.
2. Liaise with Customs officer for any related matter.
3. Prepare Data Attendance weekly.
4. Support salary preparation - to assist Superior to check staff attendance leave and update into the system.
5. Perform general administration duties such as prepare Purchase Request for stationery stock , safety boots.
6. Organizing and filing documents and records

• Oversee stage events from proposal to conceptual plan execution.
• Coordinate with tenants, the surrounding community, event organizers, and government agencies for joint events, enhancing Public Relations, and fostering relationships with local authorities and government agencies.
