You will be part of our Production Support Team, who make sure that our live platforms run smoothly and without issues.

We are looking for a self-starter, working closely with business analysts, testers, infrastructure and other FNZ departments, to ensure our software is world class.
The key responsibilities will include:
- Investigating errors in live production platforms.
- Researching and fixing software defects.
- Developing code, scripts, and schema to solve complex technical issues.
- Investigating problems in databases and web applications.
- Dealing with software performance issues.
- Communicating with Analysts and Testers.
- Automating manual processes.
- Working in a group of highly skilled Developers to resolve production issues.
Personal attributes, experience & qualifications:
- Good understanding of OOP and ability to debug software.
- All our platforms are built using Microsoft technologies so experience with C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET is ideal to have.
- Experience with writing SQL for Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Willingness to learn new things is important as there is a lot to learn and master.
- Logical thinking is crucial. You should enjoy solving puzzles.
- IT education with at least a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
These are also an advantage (but not a must have):
- Knowledge of ITIL.
- Experience with JavaScript and HTML.
- Experience with Visual Studio and Resharper.
- Experience in any automation tool.
- Open to the variance of work hours, including the flexibility to start earlier or later than standard work hours.
