We are looking for a Microsoft Azure Software Developer and 365 Administrator on a 12-month contract basis. This is an extendable contract role based on the individuals performance.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Recognize, exemplify, and adhere to the clients’ values which centres around our commitment to People, Clients, and Performance.
· Work on Azure cloud and Azure AD
· Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other M365 applications.
· Manage and maintain M365 security policies and compliance requirements.
· Manage and maintain M365 backups and disaster recovery solutions.
· Monitor and maintain the performance of M365 systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
· Perform analysis of IT processes to identify deficiencies impacting IT efficiency and effectiveness.
· Collaborate with other IT Teams that manages banks Active Directory (AD), Azure AD and identity management services, among others.
· Collaborate with other IT Teams that manage banks network infrastructure.
· Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to M365 services.
· Create and maintain documentation related to M365 services, policies, procedures, and system configurations.
· Strong understanding of networking and security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols.
· Delivers high quality standards and strives for excellence, acts in a proactive, flexible, and responsive manner to customer needs.
· Participate in planning and implementation of IT projects related to M365 services.
· Keep up to date with new M365 features and capabilities and assess their potential impact on the organization.
Experience and Skills:
· Strong Expereince in Software Developement mainly into Azure Cloud and Azure AD
· At least 5 years of experience in managing and administering M365 environments.
· In-depth knowledge of M365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other M365 applications.
· Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate (or similar)
· Other Cloud Certification
· In-depth knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and other identity management services.
· Experience with M365 security and compliance requirements.
· Experience with M365 backups and disaster recovery solutions.
· Experience with network infrastructure, hardware, and software components.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
