Position Specification:

-    Comply and execute Company core values including EHS, Business Ethics and Internal Control
-    Sell OTIS elevator and escalator.

Basic Accountabilities:

1、    Complete annual sales plan.
2、    Control of the market information in their own sales area.
3、    Find new customers, develop and maintain the good business relationship with the owners, designer, main contractor, tender company, consulting engineer, and other construction contractors.
4、    Be familiar with product advantages, introduce the functions and characters of OTIS and the products.
5、    Prepare the quotation and bid document, submit for bid review.
6、    Prepare the sales contract and be in charge of business negotiation independently.
7、    Could understand the construction drawing, and know the hoist way for elevator installation and manufacture.
8、    Coordinate with service department, sales engineering department, contract management department, finance, and installation dept.
9、    Cooperate for AR collection, order, shipment and installation work.
10、    Perform the quality activities under the leading of Sales Manager.
11、    Abide, conduct and improve the policy of ISO9000/14000 related for the work.
12、    Perform other duties required by NE Sales Manager.
13、    Strictly comply and perform Otis’s EH&S and local safety policy, support and participate the activity of EH&S.

Qualification Requirement:
1.    Education: College or above
2.    Experience: Have relative work experience
3.    Language skill: Fluent in reading, speaking and writing of mandarin, have basic English foundation
4.    Computer Skills: Be skilled for operating computer and Microsoft office.

Retail

The retail Sales and Service Specialist (SSS) is a unique hybrid role for stores and is intended as a key pipeline for future career-growth within BSRO. This role is primarily responsible for serving the Boss (customer) through assessing the Bosses’ needs, recommending appropriate products and/or services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring Boss satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services. Successful individuals in this role will learn all aspects of store operations and effectively flex between interacting/serving the Boss and efficiently completing basic vehicle service tasks as required.

Hybrid Role Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75% Basic vehicle service tasks, Oil, tires, fluids- 25% Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis Growth and Career Development Role May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances or to support development Will learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks

Retail

The responsibilities and duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

Providing superior customer service to the Boss (~75% of time)

• Thoroughly assess the Bosses’ needs through direct interactions in-person or on the phone
• Recommend appropriate products and/or services
• Effectively communicate sales and/or promotions
• Promote the sign-up and/or use of in-store financing options (CFNA)
• Resolve Boss complaints in a timely and suitable manner
• Follow up with the Boss to ensure satisfaction with products/services

Completing basic vehicle service tasks (~25% of time)

• Tire services including tire repair, new tire installs, tire mounting, rotations and balancing
• Engine oil and filter changes
• Battery testing, maintenance, and replacement
• Fluids, filter replacement and light vehicle maintenance
• Bulb and wiper replacement
• Alignment checks

Performing store operational tasks (As-needed basis)

• Store opening and closing procedures
• Unloading store product shipments and stocking product
• Performing product inventories
• Set-up and maintenance of store displays, promotional materials, and product pricing
• General cleaning in store lobby and shop areas

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-year degree or non-traditional education through training program completion, certification, or other exhibiting the growth mindset that is needed in this candidate
• Previous consumer retail sales experience
• Previous automotive experience a plus
• Previous management/supervisory experience a plus

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This role is an individual contributor role with no direct reports
• As this role is often used as a career development, candidate may act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances when Store Manager and/or Service Manager are unavailable and support their development readiness for Management or alternative career-path
• Assists Store Management in ensuring the store is operating in a safe manner by proactively addressing safety concerns and informing Store Management of any outstanding safety concerns

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Standing for prolonged periods of time
• Bending and/or twisting of body
• Kneeling, stooping, and crouching
• Handling hand tools, including manual and pneumatic
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Ability to push or pull with up to 80lbs of force (opening/closing shop doors, moving floor jacks and lubrication equipment, etc.)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Store locations may be open 7 days a week with normal operating hours of approximately 91 hours and consist of a store lobby area and a shop area
• Store lobbies are typically climate controlled with tile and/or concrete floors in most locations and contain seating for customers (may or may not have seating behind service counters)
• Shop areas are generally not climate controlled and most locations have concrete floors
