We are seeking someone who can:
- Drive revenue growth and efficiency improvement opportunities for the team, leveraging different functional teams and their value addition to the wealth management business.
- Develop high-quality presentations to assist senior management in decision-making.
- Facilitate key projects and prioritize ad-hoc topics that impact multiple functions within the team.
- Collaborate with various functions and locations in the APAC region and work with global teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure regulatory requirements and company policy requirements are fully integrated into processes, methodologies, platforms, and coordinated trade execution.
- Coordinate and drive various tasks such as planning, analysis, administration, logistics, or quality control to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Your Team
You will be working with the Management Assistance team. It comprises a highly diverse group of professionals in a vibrant and active atmosphere, responsible for assisting the company's solution planning. This requires seamless cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, driving the team's priorities, and coordinating various initiatives of the team.
Your Expertise
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a top-tier management consulting company or equivalent corporate position.
- Experience participating in projects involving multiple stakeholders and large-scale and complex projects.
- Knowledge of wealth management would be beneficial but not essential.
- Organized, structured, and responsive under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex topics intuitively.
- A strong relationship builder and persuasive communicator when interacting with colleagues at all levels.
