Job Scope:

Sell medical products, systems or services to achieve sales targets for assigned territories and overall business objectives.

• Call and meet with existing and prospective customers including general practitioners (GPs), hospital doctors, nurses, and hospital teams to make presentations in order to persuade to use Company's medical devices.
• Conduct product demonstrations and emphasize saleable features/customer benefits.

• Have a good knowledge of all products which the Company currently distributes or any other products that the Company may distribute.
• Identify business opportunities, formulates account strategies & ensure effective implementation of territory action plans.
• Work with management to consistently build trust, credibility and consistently strong customer demand and preference for products and services including building Key Opinion Leaders in respective accounts.
• Drives advocacy for products by ensuring up-to-date knowledge of both product and clinical evidence to hospital customers, and by providing the necessary clinical support in the respective accounts.
• Coordinate payment collection following company’s SOP.
• Provide regular market/competitor updates.
• Prompt complaints handling adhering to company SOP.
• Assisting customers enquiries and provide quotation as needed.
• Participate in the Company’s workshops, coordination of all exhibitions which the Company is involved, and market the Company’s products.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Medical Devices.
• Comfortable working in an Operating Theatre.
• Nursing background is a plus.
• Successful medical sales representatives are highly persuasive and possess strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office.

• Responsible for the effective and efficient management of Pearl Liaison Centre’s call centre and customer service areas
• Provides operational oversight on all aspects of the Centre’s operations, including extending support and guidance should the team be activated for 24/7 on-call duties.
• Lead the review and implementation of work processes, policies, and procedures to ensure high level of service and operational efficiency
• Identify opportunities for improvements in service delivery and work with internal and external stakeholders (business partners) to review operational workflows for a well-coordinated patient journey across the hospital
• Monitor complaints/feedback and guides the team in resolutions
• Develop and institute quality audits of the department to ensure high service standards and adherence to procedures and guidelines
• Build a strong and competent team that can deliver high service standards
• Promote a working environment that supports work satisfaction
• Develop and groom staff

Requirements

• Min Degree in any field
• Min of 3-5 years of experience in a Call Centre setting
• Relevant healthcare experience will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills is a must
• Good management skills of team

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

• Builds strong Client loyalty and drives sales through hospitality mentality.  
• Drives excellent merchandise operations, including merchandise sets, maintenance of testers and cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensures great replenishment on floor stock to drive sales. 
• Supports inventory management and pricing needs within the department.
• Confirms visual elements of the shop meet Kohl’s + Sephora standards and communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to Supervisor. 
• Supports omni fulfillment within the department.
• Demonstrates continuous curiosity with both Clients and self to learn and expand their knowledge of the beauty industry. 
• Actively engages and completes all required training to expand knowledge. 
• Ensures all tasks are completed to Kohl’s + Sephora standards.

• Ability to stand and/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify leads within the Medical Billing domain through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
• Research and analyze potential target markets and industry trends to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Develop effective outreach plans and follow-up processes for lead nurturing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, progress, and outcomes.
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide relevant information about our services.
• Work closely with marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and sales pipeline performance to management.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Proven track record of 2 to 3 years in lead generation within the Medical Billing domain, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry terminology, billing processes, and revenue cycle management.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
