Key Job Responsibilities
Manage & Drive Transportation, Fleet and Delivery Operations:
· Manage delivery and pick-up transportation operations.
· Manage transport risk management plans to improve process of transport execution.
· Identify risk factors that impact efficiency and safety of transport execution.
· Evaluate day-to-day transport operations cost parameters to determine resource requirements.
· Track transportation operation schedules to ensure timelines are adhered to.
· Develop transportation operation schedules that consider timelines and resource factors.
· Coordinate vehicle fleet management plans, including activation of contingency plans.
· Plan delivery and pick-up transportation operations.
· Develop proactive resolution plans for facilities, equipment, infrastructure, and systems breakdown to minimise downtime.
· Lead resolution of customer relationship management conflicts.
· Manage 3rd party transport service provider performance in meeting customer order fulfilment requirements.
· Manage cargo documentation process according to industry standards or sector requirements.
· Manage and coordinate with Driver, Boarding Officer and Customer to ensure delivery document returning timely and accurately.
· Collaborate with warehousing and/or freight operations to ensure transportation operations support effectiveness.
· Manage incident or crisis management plans to mitigate gaps.
· Plan and execute cargo consolidation plans to identify savings in space, cost, and efficiency.
· Review transport methods and techniques to better manage time and temperature-sensitive cargo, dangerous goods, and hazardous materials.
· Documentation- ensuring monitoring of records are updated, invoices and DO are returned for as closing supporting.
· Any other related jobs and assignments as and when assigned to you.
Manage & Drive QHSSE Operations:
· Lead and promote the measurement of using quality management knowledge to drive and enhance quality standards.
· Drive WSH activities to ensure department's compliance to requirements.
· Manage safety and health risk assessment. Lead proactive changes based on WSH risk assessment reports to determine hazards.
· Influence behavioural changes to resolve areas of non-conformance to WSH standards.
· Perform transport operations risks assessment and evaluate effectiveness to develop and manage risk mitigation plans.
· Drive the 5S standard as stipulated by the Company for the support of Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
· Collaborate to ensure our collective environmental/sustainability goals are met.
· Facilitate sustainability activities by using processes that are non-polluting, energy and resource-saving, economically efficient and safe for workers, communities, and consumers.

Perform other related duties as assigned by your manager from time-to-time.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following experience and competencies:
Education:
· Certificate and/or Diploma in Warehouse/Logistics Operations fields.
Languages:
· Proficient written and oral communication skills in English.
