As a Program Analyst (Deputy Division Director) you will:

• Provide program management direction and oversight of the maintenance, operations, and modernization efforts for NNSA infrastructure including planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of the infrastructure program for the National Security Enterprise.
• Lead effective long-term planning, systems analysis, and services to ensure a sustainable, effective, and efficient NNSA infrastructure to safely meet program needs.
• Ensure a sustainable capability to execute mission objectives now and in the future by balancing near-term operational needs and longer-term capability requirements related to recapitalization and modernization of the NNSA infrastructure.

This position is located under the Office of Professional Responsibility and Security Operations (OPRSO) in District of Columbia, District of Columbia.

The primary purpose of this position is to function as Chief of Staff for the Directorate with responsibility for supervision, analyzing, developing, and implementing administrative and operational activities impacting Directorate operations. The incumbent has authority to represent
the interests of the Directorate on a plethora of administrative and operational matters that include, but are not limited to, budgetary activities, strategic planning, fiscal resources, personnel resources and information technology issues affecting Directorate operations. In the absence of
the AD and the Deputy Assistant Director (DAD), OPRSO is the principal advisor to the Deputy Director on matters impacting Directorate operations.

As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst (Chief of Staff), GS-0343-15, your typical work assignments may include:

• Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates; sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work; assigns work to subordinates based on priorities.
• Develops costing models, cost-benefit analyses, and recommendations from a fiscal standpoint regarding adopting or continuing major program initiatives or activities.
• Uses advanced management and budgeting practices, prepares long and short-range strategic resource analyses, projections and plans for the Directorate.
• Represents the AD and DAD in meetings with Bureau and Department of Justice (DOJ) officials and with external government (national, state and local) and non-governmental official agencies and organizations.

As an Office of Enforcement Director, you will:

• Establish strategic direction and priorities for the Office of Enforcement with the aim of advancing FinCEN's goals and objectives with respect to investigating violations of the BSA, deterring misconduct and illicit activity, and fostering compliance with the regulations and rules administered by the bureau.
• Create, enhance, revise, and implement policies and procedures for the Office of Enforcement's various work functions and business processes. These efforts are designed to advance and maintain FinCEN's civil law enforcement program, marshal and maximize available resources, and conduct and finalize impactful investigations in a comprehensive manner.

As an Office Director - Stakeholder Integration & Engagement, you will:

• Oversee stakeholder integration and engagement considerations in strategic planning and assistance to industry; regulatory, domestic and international law enforcement intelligence, and foreign partners in the effective use of FinCEN authorities, BSA data and other data to combat terrorist financing, money laundering activity, and other illicit financial crimes.
• Oversee and plan FinCEN's public-private workstreams, including Bank Secrecy Act Advisory Group (BSAAG) work and FinCEN Exchanges. These activities include meeting scheduling demands, formulating agendas, preparing materials and, notices, membership nominations and recommending new members.
• Manage essential relationships through professional, timely, and strategic communication to advance FinCEN's mission and priorities. Integrate FinCEN functions within other elements of Treasury/TFI and other U.S. Government components, including industry, regulatory authorities, law enforcement, the intelligence community, and foreign partners.
