The Senior Product Manager, Personalization you will develop the strategy and vision for maximizing customer engagement, retention and satisfaction by identifying the right content for each user based on their individual interests, identity, and needs. What you'll do:
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ML technologies, is disciplined in using experiments to validate hypothesis, and is a proven collaborator that can get things done across a matrixed organization.
This role will report to the VP of Personalization & Search, and partner closely with teams across the organization to increase engagement (e.g. watch time per user, viewing frequency, viewing diversity) across all segments of our customer base.

Overall Responsibilities:
