- Lead Payroll and Data Management Function.
- Responsible together with a team to ensure the operational excellence of the end-to-end
payroll as in house-service in Bosch Malaysia. - Accustomed with customer-centric mindset and committed to providing high quality solutions to customers inquiries.
- Motivated to conduct root cause and problem solving analysis to improve the quality of work for any type of problems.
- Responsible to identify potential areas of improvement, lead and implement improvement changes in payroll processes and payroll system
- Willing collaborate with your peers, teams and internal customers to drive and implement change initiatives.
- Provide guidance and act as a role model for team members
- Develop monitoring, checking and reporting systems for internal HR Shared Services as well as for stakeholders.
- Accountable for achieving Payroll related Performance Indicators, operational level agreements and service levels to the customers.
- Identify potential areas of improvement, recommend and implement solutions to Team Manager.
- Perform scheduled and periodical internal control checks to ensure data quality and
compliance adherence at all times - Attend to all payroll and data management audits and risk assessment requirements
- Plan resources within the team to deliver assigned transition and operations duties in adherence to monthly service levels
- Manage task assignment to team members appropriately, focusing on team competency and motivation at all times.
- Maintain transparent communication and updates on operational issues as well as lead in constructive discussions on areas for improvement with stakeholders.
