Partner with business leaders on hiring demands and needs,
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues,
Coaching and counseling managers and employees in all areas of performance management and process (performance improvement plans, annual appraisals, career pathing, timely feedback, conflict resolution),
Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances,
Collaborate with internal and external legal advisor to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations,
Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures,
