Roles & Responsibilities
The Admin and Account Executive is responsible for coordination of sales activities and post sales support operation in the company.This includes managing administative and operational and manufacturing support for projects.
- Meet and liaise with clients to discuss project and products requirement
-Work in team for full product production
-Work with Accounts Manager and Operations and Production for full project brief, project dateline, existing product projects
-Work with client and team by mantaining regular contact on progress and update of project
-Arrange and attend meetings
-Undertake administration tasks
-Monitor operational task in the team
-Propose project budget, submitting quote accordinlgy and to invoice clients and chase payments
-Prepare quotation, Invoice and Delivery Order
-Write client review reports
-Maintain clients buying behaviour
-To perform Admin duties, answering phone calls, handling emails and faxes, flings, ordering of stationeries and other ad-hoc duties as assign
-To perform indoor sales and handle stocks
- provide support on documentations, work flow
Skills
-Mininally relevant intership experience
-Independent , meticulous and able to think to present solutions
-Good communication and interpersonal skill
-Good Client and presentation skills
-Excellent communication, customer service skill and project mangagment skiil
-Knowlege of Auto-Count Accounting software
