The Infrastructure division is seeking to appoint an Associate Director to join our Water Sector focussed team based at our Epsom office. You'll be delivering innovative multidisciplinary engineering solutions for our local water clients in the South East, plus our broad range of strategic UK and international clients, across both Clean Water and Wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure areas. This includes treatment works, desalination, pipelines and pumping stations, collection and storage systems and digital twins.

The engineering services my client offer require them to be able to deliver in an agile and future-facing environment. The following are therefore examples of the type of responsibilities and requirements you'll need to have, working as part of our dynamic multidisciplinary water/wastewater design team. You'll act as Programme Manager or Project Director on regional frameworks with key clients, maintaining strong client relationships and driving continuous improvement in delivery. On major projects you will act as Lead Project Manager / Design Manager or Discipline Lead on project delivery across UK and international project lifecycles: feasibility studies, front-end to detailed design (incl. Design and Build), and construction support.

This individual will set strategic direction, lead development and communication of value messaging for Abbott products and therapies by providing health economic and reimbursement support for customers.
