Chrisjac Recruitment 正在與市場領先的房地產商業組織合作，招募一名完全合格的會計師，以支援財務經理管理財務報告的全部功能。該組織是一家成熟且知名的房地產商業組織，在全國各地擁有大量混合開發項目。
工作角色
該職位直接向規劃和報告經理報告。
主要任務是為房地產投資組合的房地產開發團隊提供財務支持，以確保及時準確的報告、預測和分析，從而有助於商業決策。
主要職責：
*管理日常會計活動，執行月末結算日記帳並管理應付帳款團隊。
*負責管理集團房地產開發實體的全套帳目。
*準備資產負債表調節表。
*協助管理預算控制。
*透過執行審查準備金、應計費用、預付款項產生財務帳戶來支援結帳。
*提供變異數分析報告支援。
*準備審核計畫。
*稅務事務和預算編制方面的支援。
*管理固定資產/投資財產登記冊和文件。
此人
要成功擔任此職位，候選人必須擁有會計資格，學士學位或完成專業課程（ACCA/CIMA）
如果是 MIA 會員，請給予高度評價。
擁有 5-6 年在房地產開發帳目行業處理全套帳目/財務報告的工作經驗。
優秀的溝通能力（英語、國語和中文/國語）
良好的會計系統應用知識；了解 Noetic 會計系統將是一個額外的優勢。
