Job Descriptions

1.      Management of available resources, including manpower, consumables, material and fabrication equipment in an efficient manner;

2.      Manage and control operational costs and expenses, including manpower, consumables, materials, and equipment;

3.      Provide leadership and direction to the fabrication team, including supervisors, and welders;

4.      Responsible for handling staff member discipline and grievances and motivating them in their performance;

5.      Managing and coordinating between fabrication/installation and pre-fabrication;

6.      Managing erection and fabrication activities (Fit up, welding, and lifting);
