The Manager/Senior Manager, Communication will be responsible for planning and leading the full range of communication activities on print and digital platforms, maintaining brand integrity across initiatives, and delivering external and internal communication materials for the organisation. Responsibilities

Marketing Communication

• Lead the rebranding efforts and contribute to developing the brand strategy and integrated brand and marketing approach.
• Be the custodian of the organisation by maintaining brand integrity across all communication and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure effective planning and execution of communications efforts across all communications channels to bring the organisation’s key messages through to target audiences.

• Attend to whatsapp enquiries, walk-in enquiries
• Faciliate and advise on student's make up lesson arrangement
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
• Marketing for the center

Office Admin / Admin Executive (Full Time)

5 days work weeks

• Saturday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
• Sunday 8.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
• Weekday 12pm to 9 pm (3 days)

OR

• Saturday 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
• Weekday 12pm to 8.30 pm (4 days)

OR

Weekdays 12pm to 9pm (5 days)

4 days work week

• Saturday 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
• Weekday 12pm to 9pm (3 days)

Academic Qualification:

• Min. 'A' Levels / Diploma equivalent, Degree is an advantage

Working Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience (fresh grads may apply)
• Handle and manage tender submission via portals such as GeBIZ (Govt), SESAMi, Zycus, Ariba, etc
• Meet deadlines for tender submissions
• Good knowledge of MS Office apps

• Good team player
• Able to handle documents professionally and confidentially
• Produces meticulous and systematic work quality
• Able to manage stress of concurrent submissions
• Able to work from home and office as and when required
• Able to commence work in short notice
