• Supporting sales and logistics administration, including preparing PSA form, SP20 labeling, debit notes, and other documents.
• Filling documents.
• Working closely with the supervisor and other teams.

1) Contacting with suppliers about raw material for packaging design.
2) Design package for finished goods.
3) Support project concerned with packaging.
4) Cost improvement projects
5) Drawing 3D packaging design.
6) Any assignment from supervisor.

• Melakukan proses order barang
• Menentukan perencanaan sistem logistik 
• Pelaksana dan pengendalian serta penyimpanan barang
• Pendistribusian produk ke konsumen 
• Pelayanan serta informasi data inventaris gudang 
• Melakukan proses administrasi terkait logistik 

• Fulfill orders for 7 shops.
• Assist in photo shoot, creating Tiktok videos and video and photo editing.
• Data entry.
• Maintain inventory stock movement record, and update stock availability for all products.
• Monday to Friday 9 to 5pm. Saturday 9 to 12pm.

Requirements

• Able to work independently.
• Passionate about fashion and beauty

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the Data Audit, assisting in reviewing and refining data accuracy.
• Provide support in the rollout of our new Transportation Management System, engaging in data migration and staff training.
• Assist with periodic inventory cycle counts, analysing discrepancies and improving counting processes.
• Collaborate in the identification and verification of Idle stock in our inventory.
• Learn about and contribute to operational process mapping, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Support regular warehouse operations and tasks as needed.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects and initiatives, aiming to streamline our processes.
• Prepare and assist in creating regular reports and analyses on various warehouse logistics operations.

Activities:

• Material Master Data Audit Comprehensive review of Material Master data with a focus on carton barcode, weight, and volume.
• TMS Rollout Support Assisting in the implementation and familiarization of the new Transportation Management System.
• Inventory Cycle Counting Periodic validation of inventory records through physical counting.
• Dead Stock Analysis Identification and analysis of non-moving inventory items.
• Operational Process Enhancement Mapping existing processes and recommending improvements based on best practices.
