Team and Role:
The Global Technical Sales team is responsible for providing technology and thought leadership to our customers. This team support strategic sales engagements, drives technology adoption, and supports the global digital platform strategy of Equinix. Responsibilities:
Works with the team in the area of Generative AI, especially large language models or adjacent areas, such as vector databases.
• Works with the project team to understand problem statements, initiates, and direction.
• Is supervised by the Data Science Manager and will have a peer mentor for the duration of the internship.
• Collaborates and communicates with the project team regarding project progress and issue resolution and suggests changes or improvements.
• Presents their internship projects to upper management toward the end of the internship.

• Solid core computer science skills
• Core data science skills including visualization, machine learning, and especially NLP.
• Experience in Large Language Models is a big plus.
