Responsibilities: 

• Perform full sets of Accounts using the Autocount Accounting software.
• Generate monthly financial statements
• Prepare monthly collection report and other reports as assigned (with MS Excel) 
• Monitor Debtors Aging Report on collection and inform Sales personnel to collect outstanding balances.
• Prepare outstanding debtor reports for management review
• Compile customer credit application forms and documents for approval
• Compile filing & safekeeping of credit control documents and records
• To generate invoices and maintaining a proper filling system on admin 
• To perform any other related duties or ac-hoc assignment as and when required by superior.
• To work closely with all other departments within the company.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance / Accountancy 
• With min 1 year working experience in accounts and preferably in full set account. 
• Computer literate
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
• Possess good working attitude, independent at work and with strong interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

•  Involved in software architecture and code reviewing.
• Participate in initiatives that improve processes and procedures of development.
• Provide solutions and guidance for complex programming solutions.
• Organize support/provide support to end user during off office hour if required
• Analyse and design test scenarios and test cases based on business and/or technical requirements.
• Consolidate report and recommend follow on actions based on test results obtained.

Job Requirements:

•  Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. Mandarin will be mandatory as candidates will need to liaise with majority Mandarin speaking customers.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Software Programming or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the company day-to-day office related matters
• Able to learn and handle full set of accounting via MYOB software.
• Able to handle day-to-day accounting works (including invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation and etc.)
• Able to handle HR administrative works (eg. Payroll include statutory contribution, maintaining attendance, annual leave, handling staff’s claims receipt and etc.)
• To assist in recruitment activities (including termination & exit interview of staff, compensation & benefits, training & learning as well as other HR activities).
• Managing income and expenditure accounts.
• Keeping track on the company’s finances based on financial status.
• Ensuring proper filling of all relevant documents into respective files.
•  To assist with Administrative tasks.
• Managing client’s and supplier’s billing.
•  Initiating and managing the company’s software such as MYOB, HR2000, VENUS & etc.)
• Able to deal and work with our Top Management.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
