We’re actively seeking a talented Internal Wholesaler to join our Regional Life Office (RLO) team in Omaha, Nebraska or Newport Beach, California. This role can be on-site or hybrid out of either office location.
As a Business Development Internal Wholesaler, you’ll play a key role in Pacific Life’s growth and long-term success by helping us to achieve our goals and build upon our legacy of achievement. If you’re skilled and experienced in prospecting, cross-selling, relationship-building and obtaining sales commitments to meet territory sales goals, you’re a perfect fit for Pacific Life.
How you will make an impact:
Use consultative sales skills to proactively market Life Insurance to existing and potential Financial Professionals, including prospecting, cross-selling, relationship building and obtaining sales commitments to meet territory sales goals
Use understanding of sales initiatives and sales ideas to work in a partnership with Field Wholesalers to keep market share and raise assets in the regions
Provide support to team members within channel and department
The experience you will bring:
SIE License
FINRA Series 6 or 7
FINRA Series 63
Life and Health License
Undergraduate degree in Finance, or equivalent Financial Industry experience
2+ years’ experience in a Financial Services environment and previous Financial sales/marketing experience preferred

Computer proficient in Excel and MS Word

Compensation:
The base pay for this position is $80,000. In addition, this role is eligible for commissions based on production.

The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
