 Responsibilities:

• To execute project based on Project Manager instruction, 
• To monitor and assist construction manager on all site matters. 
• To supervise and coordinate all work related to site and sub-contractor. 
• To plan and report site work to Project Manager.
• To ensure project work progress as per timeline and mitigate plan is delayed.
• To ensure project are construct according to approved drawing, and to solve construction problems with assistant from construction manager. 
• To ensure site safety is taken care. 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Higher in engineering/ Construction & Project 
• Management background.
• Min 5-10 years' experience in Construction Building.
• Able to liaise with sub-contractor, workers, consultants independently. 
• Able to read and understand construction drawing.
• Computer literate i.e. Microsoft office, AutoCAD. 
• Proficient in both written in English or Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Willing to relocate. 
• Willing to work overtime.
• Those without required qualification, but proven track records with hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• To review construction drawings and carry out valued engineering.
• To co-ordinate with Authorities, Consultants and Sub-contractors.
• To prepare daily site reports and correspondence.
• To do site inspection to check on quality of works/progress of works/ defect inspection.
• To attend project site meeting to ensure project schedule is adhered to, problem and defects are attended to.

Requirements :

• Candidates must possess Degree/ Diploma in Building or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1-2 year working experience.
• Able to plan and lead sub-contractors on day-to day operation.
• Strong communication skills.
