RESPONSIBILITIES

- follow designers go clients house, taking clients' requirements

- answer clients enquiries (phone, whatapps, online platform etc) and arrange necessary follow up

- preparing quotations (with interior design field experience will be advantages)

- Documentation skills and provide administrative support

- Record details of enquiries, comments and next follow up

- Research and coordinate with senior interior designers

- Administrative job involved, include prepare PPT and tracking EXCEL data

- Need to help taking video, if necessary

- Travel whole Singapore as the jobsite is everywhere in Singapore

- Update interior design knowledges in datasheet

- Handle administrative paperwork

- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Need to station in Office at UbiTechpark (near to Ubi MRT/Macpherson MRT), or have to go jobsite at all around Singapore.

- If interested in interior design trade, will provide further support and training.

REQUIREMENT

- No prior experience is required. However, with related industry experience will be advantage.

- Administrative work involved

- Bilingual in English & Mandarin is an added advantages to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.

- Meticulous, focus on details

- Responsible, willing to learn and pleasant working attitude

- Able to do multi-task , handle a few projects at the same time

The Role:

As our Web Designer Intern, you will be working closely with the business (product owner) and frontend developer(s) to create refreshingly professional and user-friendly web & mobile user interfaces. As a startup, the nature of our work will be fast-paced and you will be given multiple tasks simultaneously – prioritizing tasks & time management is important. You constantly challenge yourself to collaborate better with the team, explore new possibilities for better product quality, and succeed with the team.

The Responsibilities:

• To be in charge to manage and upgrade existing WordPress websites

• To be responsible to revamp the company website

• To be in charge to design and create new icons, logos, etc

• To be responsible to design banners, brochures, instruction manuals and presentation materials for our products & services

• To create videos for our products (software & services)

• To be in charge of building and managing the digital assets library

• To assist in creating mock-ups for web applications and mobile apps (product owner will provide rough sketch and explanation of the functions and features)

Specific Skills Required:

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Proficient in WordPress (Experience with Elementor is a plus)

• Proficient in MS Power Point (especially with animations)

• Experience in Web Hosting using e.g. Wix, Bluehost

• Own your projects from start to finish, from design to execution
• Be the voice of Livspace and educate clients about our revolutionary interior design and execution capabilities
• Work closely with the client to finalize the home design, 3D designs, and GFC drawings
