[What you will be working on]
Lead the IT Governance and Security Team to:
- Develop frameworks and processes to support both Enterprise and Teaching & Learning business objectives of ITE
- Develop, implement and monitor reporting mechanisms for governance, security and risk practices to support compliance and highlight areas of exposure.

[What we are looking for]
- Possess suitable academic or professional credentials in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
- Possess relevant IT Governance, security and project management certifications (eg COBIT, CISSP, CISM, PMP).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in either IT Governance and/or IT Security & Operations.
- Having experience in leading cross-functional teams in IT Governance and/or IT Security & Operations would be an advantage

TITLE: Commodity Manager, Indirect – IT & Software

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Independently manages the workflow for the commodity manager’s primary duties: strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and compliance/governance
Guides the selection, development, and management of Strategic Suppliers to meet commodity cost and performance goals, with emphasis placed on ability to identify cost targets for relevant technology and product roadmaps.
Understands and monitors current commodity market conditions/trends, developing technologies, supplier capacity/ capability, product knowledge, customer requirements and supply/demand challenges.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of NCR's procedures, processes and policies, especially the sourcing policy and contracts policy.
Implements a rigorous and disciplined process for managing the supply base including leading periodic reviews, monitoring and managing supplier performance (quality, cost, delivery, technology, service, and leadership), managing supplier relationships, performing root cause analysis and resolution, developing and monitoring supplier improvement plans, and collaborating with engineering to align technology roadmaps.
Leads negotiation and completion of contracts with global strategic and preferred suppliers to maximize benefits across NCR.
Establishes a strong network and fosters collaboration with customers, suppliers, key stakeholders, and commodity team members.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS undergraduate degree
At least five years of progressive commodity/supply chain management experience; five years of direct source-to-contract experience (either as a sourcing manager or as a business unit manager)
Indirect category management experience (either as a sourcing manager or as a business unit manager); strong understanding of IT and software business and procurement concepts, including software licensing, cloud architecture, IT labor SOWs, and software-as-a-service
Strong negotiation, and contract management skills; including a working understanding of contractual terms and conditions and risk mitigation.
Understanding of the legalities of ethical purchasing behaviors and the ability to work with Legal on assuring those aspects

De formation Bac +5 en informatique (école d’ingénieur, Master ou équivalent), vous justifiez d’une expérience significative dans un rôle de pilote de projet technique.
Vous connaissez les principes Agiles et Lean et les méthodologies Scrum, Kanban et SAFe ? (Une certification PSM1 est un plus).
Vous avez une précédente expérience dans le pilotage d’équipes dimensionnantes ?
Vous avez préalablement acquis une expérience technique en développement (Java, C++ ou Web/JS) en contexte agile avant d'évoluer vers un rôle de pilotage de projet (planning, budgets, ressources...) ?
Vous avez une très bonne capacité d'analyse et de compréhension ?
Rigoureux (se), vous avez à cœur de mener à bien vos projets ?

En nous rejoignant, vous intégrez le centre de compétences User Efficiency, spécialisé dans la conception et le développement ou l’évolution d’applications cœur métier au plus proche du besoin utilisateur. Vous y boosterez votre carrière travaillant sur des technologies web en méthodologie Scrum, Kanban ou SAFe.
Dans le cadre de la transformation numérique d’un de nos clients majeurs, vous interviendrez sur des projets complexes en étant l'interface du client sur des aspects techniques & fonctionnels, et piloterez des équipes en intervenant dans les différents cycles de développement (notamment agiles) de nos applications.
En nous rejoignant, vous vous verrez confier les missions suivantes :
Gérer le cadrage et le pilotage de projets : périmètre, chiffrage de la solution, identification des risques, réalisation du planning et gestion du chemin critique ;
Organiser, coordonner et piloter des équipes sur l’ensemble des phases du projet dans un souci de qualité et d’amélioration des performances ;
Identifier au plus tôt les risques & opportunités et mettre en place les plans d’action associés ;
Identifier les compétences d'ingénierie requises pour réaliser les activités projet ;
Veiller à la qualité des livrables en mettant notamment en place des revues et des indicateurs, en industrialisant la solution mise en œuvre, en déterminant la stratégie de tests ;
Participer à des réponses à appel d’offres ;
En plus de votre rôle de Chef de projet IT Agile H/F, vous pourriez exercer chez Thales des fonctions de Team Leader (manager de proximité) en garantissant au quotidien l’encadrement professionnel d’une équipe placée sous votre responsabilité.
Pour cela, vous assurerez :
L’Accueil et l’Intégration des nouveaux membres de votre équipe
Un suivi régulier des activités de cette équipe (suivi de missions, accompagnement au travers du processus RH, entretiens annuels)
Le maintien & le développement des compétences des collaborateurs (en favorisant la mobilité et la formation)
La définition & le déploiement de la stratégie de votre département
L’animation & la fidélisation de manière collective comme individuelle
Un reporting regulier des objectifs à votre Responsable de département
Une participation aux activités globales du département (recrutement, sujets transverses, etc).
