Job Description:
· To develop & implement product training materials and program, (offline/ online) for internal & external audiences
· Provide expert advice and consultation on nutrition, wellness, and our products to our audiences.
· To assist to prepare marketing materal for product brief description on the health functions.
· Handle for product write up for marketing use
· Actively engage in company marketing events, activities, roadshows and programme.
· Able to handle the product registration in Malaysia through Ministry of Health.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics/ Biomedical/ Food Science
· Graduates with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in nutraceutical or health supplement industries is an advantage.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Willingness to travel as required.
· Must possess own transport.
· Well-versed in English, Bahasa & Mandarin (speaking and writing)
· Copywriting skills in Mandarin and English

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team and oversee the day-to-day shift allocation for external staff, ensuring timely and efficient matching of staff to client requirements. The successful candidate will utilize Sandwai | Home and Disability Care Software for staff allocation and bookings, maintain communication with nurses and clients, and address any complaints or concerns promptly. Additionally, the Customer Service Officer will participate in operations meetings to provide updates on Bureau and Home Care status and work towards achieving set targets by management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Allocate shifts to external staff in a timely manner, based on client requests and requirements.
· Maintain accurate records of staff availabilities, roster requests, and shift allocations using Sandwai | Home and Disability Care Software.
· Liaise with nurses and clients regularly to ensure proper staff allocation and address any concerns or requests.
· Notify clients and staff of shift confirmations and ensure effective communication of information to colleagues and management.
· Monitor and address complaints or concerns raised by field staff and clients, escalating to management when necessary.
· Ensure external staff receive their rosters accurately in the system, especially when multiple clients require service within an allocated timeframe.
· Prepare and send report to relevant team/department before end of shift.
· Participate in operations meetings to provide updates on Bureau and Home Care status and contribute to achieving set targets.
· Undertake any other tasks that may arise from time to time, supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service team.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
· Proven experience in customer service, Experience in a medical or healthcare-related industry will be an advantage but not neccessary.
· Basic computer knowledge. Knowledge of Sandwai or other Allocation software is an advantage.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
· Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to support both staff and clients.

About the Role
Provide strategic medical input and plan into development of the Company's key initiatives in drug cost management programme.Play a crucial role in the integrated healthcare strategy by using the strong pharmaceutical knowledge and industry trend to provide insights to the development of cost-effective drug cost management approach.
Use data analytics to identify cost trends among all healthcare providers, and analyse the drug cost disparity.
Devise and implement utilization management strategies to contain drug costs without compromising the quality and efficiency of pharmaceutical coverage.
Stay informed about pharmaceutical market dynamics, emerging therapies and regulatory changes.
Engage with healthcare professionals to capture insights and understand treatment landscapes.
Education: Tertiary qualification in pharmaceutical sciences (e.g., PharmD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
Work experience: At least 6-8 years of related working experience in pharmaceutical advisory roles or relevant fields. Experience in dispensing drugs is a plus.

About the Role
Responsible for driving healthcare related initiatives, such as cost containment, provider network and performance metric.Drive healthcare cost containment initiatives in developing and implementing measures to control/reduce medical claims costs.
Drive provider network development strategy including identifying, evaluating and recruiting the quality providers and specialists.
Implement performance metrics to evaluate provider performance, including cost efficiency and quality of care.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to implement quality improvement programs sought at improving patient experience.
Work with the analytics team to study the claims cost driver and develop/implement strategies to control and reduce healthcare costs within the network.
