Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain office supplies, office equipment maintenance and services to ensure smooth office operation.
• Manage staff expenses claim and office petty cash payment and reimbursement.
• Handle general administrative task such as incoming calls, emails, letters and courier.
• Manage staff insurances and liaise with insurers, agents, auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure all registered licenses, insurances and bills are renewed and paid accordingly.
• Responsible to handle all day-to-day accounting transactions and operations, and other accounting functions.
• Prepare monthly Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet for Management to review accordingly.

Working Hours:

1. Supervise, monitor day to day health and status of vehicles, parking spots and application.
2. Manage incidents relating to security of vehicles by escalating and coordinating manpower to ensure prevention, detection, containment and correction of security incidents via Slack (important alerts includes Vehicle left in collected mode or IOT disconnected alerts)
3. Coordinate collection, deployment and relocation of vehicles when necessary (eg. ad hoc guides on where to shift focus rebalance to, where to collect/deploy vehicles.)

BAU Function

1. First point of contact to all marshall questions/issues by monitoring slack channels and DMs - Marshal still contact Aussie lead
2. To be able to properly assign marshall on shift to attend to alerts/issues we face and to write up end of day/weekly reports. - assign to alerts, but need to follow up on missing shift reports
3. Ensuring compliance of marshall (sending in start of shift plans, end shift reports, checking in and out of Homebase)
4. Respond to CS tickets(Email/Zendesk) based on each city’s customised template, working with the CS team with issues and inquiries.
5. Ad hoc tasks (eg. council required end trip photo audit)

The AVP of Claims Solutions Malaysia is responsible for leading the advocacy response to major and complex claims across Asia.
