- As a member of the ANZ Special Ops team, have exposure and opportunity to be involved in the vanguard of growth and development for the HelloFresh ANZ business
- Work directly with our Senior Management Team to spearhead innovation projects focused on scaling our operations and expanding the customer offering
- Be in the trenches of different areas of our Supply Chain to deliver projects successfully from ideation and planning, through to handover to BAU teams
- Collaborate with our product managers and operations champions to assess initial feasibility of new products, projects, leading or supporting on full operational scoping, monitoring implementation and guiding roadmap planning for new products and projects
- Proactively identify, define, recommend, prioritise and initiate continuous improvement of our operational processes

You are/have ...

- Vast knowledge and interest in food
- Bachelor’s degree / Masters in Business, Supply Chain or Procurement (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in food (but not a must)
- Have strong up and downward management skills with clear communication
- Have a “roll up sleeves” attitude to entering workstreams and getting them over the line
- Quantitative and analytical experience, including solid comfort with Excel
- Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you take ownership of your work

Job Description:

• Manage and lead the project team to realize the project QDC objectives (estimate, plan and track the project development activities).
• Take ownership of customer and project issues, and work closely with team for resolution.
• Provide avenue to work with other teams (local and overseas) when needed.
• Make recommendations to prevent problems and manage potential risks when necessary.
• Develop and utilize project timelines for project tasks and ensure target dates are met for multiple projects.
• Provide necessary documents for each project milestone release and ensure project status are communicated timely to all stakeholders
• Need to be flexible to adapt to deadlines, changing schedules and requirements, and unpredictable events.
• Frequent travel for new project kick-off, project progress discussion and alignment.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Computer, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as project manager or similar roles, preferably in automotive industry.
• Good knowledge in the areas of product development processes and quality assurance.
• Ability to manage the different phases of the project life cycle, budgets, contracts, schedule, risk, etc.
• Knowledge of IATF16949, ASPICE and automotive product lifecycle is desirable.
• Possess Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is an added advantage.
• Experience in cost and effort estimation for project quotations.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage pressure.
• Good communication skills.
