SGH Research Office (RO) serves as a one-stop centre for all research-related matters. RO is seeking a suitable candidate with experience in drafting and execution of research and clinical trial agreements.

As part of the Research Office, the candidate will be reporting to the Manager (Research Agreements and Partnership). The candidate will be expected to perform the following roles and responsibilities:

• Facilitate the negotiation process with external parties on research-related agreements including but not limited to NDAs, MTAs, RCAs and CTAs.
• Work with external and internal teams to draft, review and finalise research-related agreements
• Advise and assist Principal Investigators on research-related matters and compliance to internal research-related policies and procedures.
• Formulate and implement research agreements-related policies, processes and dashboards.

The Clinical Research Coordinator functions as part of the research team involved in various clinical research projects.
