Job Descriptions:

• Establish a strong framework and lead the development of the Centre for General Studies to shape the centre's mission, goals and long-term strategy.
• Establish strategic plan of the Centre for General Studies and overall annual KPIs for the identified KRAs and work towards achieving the KPIs through continual monitoring and evaluation and action plans.
• Coordinate and work closely with faculties/relevant departments in planning and delivering general studies, university and skills development courses in producing holistic and well-rounded graduates.
• Chair the Centre's Board of Examiners' meeting, query outliers, at risk cases and measures taken by Head of Programme and course lecturers. Chair the Centre's Appeal Board Commitee.
• Manage and coordinate all operational matters of the Centre for General Studies for quality assurance and compliance.
• Stay informed about accreditation standards and requirements related to general studies and oversee the preparation for and conduct of MQA audits.
• Undertake teaching and related duties.

Requirements:

• A Doctorate degree of PhD in Education or any related discipline
• Candidates with strong leadership, relevant experience in academia are welcome to apply
• Minimum 5 year of working experience in teaching general studies, skills development and/ or interdisciplinary learning courses and competency based assessments.
• Candidate with the TOT provided by MOHE for new modules offered for degree and diploma students will be an added advantage

Position Purpose

To lead Regional Sales team across the country in delivering business objectives,
revenue and volume goals and executing trade programs in collaboration with agencies, client management team, distributors and wholesalers.

Major Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Responsible for delivering overall general trade business objectives and sales
  revenue / volume in collaboration with respective regions, wholesalers, distributors and appointed partners. Supports execution of key MT plans in all regions.
• Leads the annual General Trade business plan.
• Responsible for ensuring trade spend is within budgets.
• Lead team in National and Regional Business Reviews (BRs) on monthly basis.
• Drive sales operations and trade execution excellence by monitoring and ensuring on-time, in full implementation of all agency marketing, client management and trade programs and initiatives.
• Co-own all trade programs initiated by agency & client management.
• Ensure wholesalers and distributors adhere and deliver on company KPIs.
• Develop and grow new business and/or channels.
• Coach and support the sales team to execute effectively with trade and/or the
  customers.

Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this position)

• Minimum a Degree qualification
• Minimum 10 years related experience in FMCG industry
• Strong experience in managing a general trade sales team, wholesalers, hands on in sales operations and key account customers
• Experience in Trade Marketing and/or Category/Channel Development is an
  added advantage
• Good communication and inter-personal skills

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering related civil, mechanical, or related field.
• Responsible for leading entire Operation Department.
  Proven experience as a General Manager or similar management role familiar with all areas of the business and can coordinate processes and operations across the organization.
• Knowledge of business process and functions (sales, finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
• Oversee all sites to monitor compliance with project and safety procedures & regulations.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and chair site coordination with clients and the site team.
• Regular updates to management on the project progression and status with regards to its completion.
• Must good in customer relationship management.

• Good in planning, budgeting, marketing and business development skills to approach for new business and potential client.
• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
• Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
• Responsible for the overall planning, execution and completion of projects which include coordination, budgeting, scheduling and achieving the targeted project profitability.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project report.
  Perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally perform all administrative work.
• To strictly adhere to ISO and OHS requirements when carry out auditing and daily task.
