Job Brief:

The Financial Controller functions as the property’s Financial Business Leader. He / She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department, like preparation and management of the hotels financial budgets, implementing and overseeing all activities relating to the financial aspects of the hotel in compliance with the local tax laws and also by the hotel’s SOP’s. • Analyze financial data and market trends and produce accurate forecasts that enable operations to react to changes in the business; facilitate critique meetings to review information with management team. Provide corporate recipients with forecast information in a timely manner.
• Responsible for verifying all financial reports and ensuring that all transactions are accurate and in compliance with local government regulations.
• Effectively manage communication with owners. Regular dialogue and presentations to owner’s representatives on actual and forecasted financial results. Development and presentation of business cases.
• Build effective working relationship with the rest of the property management team, regional and corporate groups, external customers, partners and auditors. Effectively leverage resources outside of own area.

4. Daily Duties and Standard Task

• Put in place appropriate controls to manage business and financial risks. Ensure a strong accounting & operational control environment to safeguard assets, improve operations and profitability. Ensure compliance with standard and local operating procedures, and local regulations.
• Oversee internal, external, and regulatory audit processes and ensure compliance with SOPs; make sure appropriate corrections are made.
• Able to prepare and submit management reports in a timely manner and also ensuring delivery deadlines.
• Able to effectively implement all accounting policies and procedures.
• Analyze ROI capital projects prior to committing funds and upon completion determine if anticipated results were achieved.
• Reconcile balance sheet and ensure account balances are supported by appropriate supporting documentation in accordance with SOPs.

• Assists in the building of an efficient and professional team of employees within Finance and Accounting Department.

 Asset Management & Business Leadership

• Being product and disease state experts to contribute to the development and execution of medical strategy through the Medical Affairs Plans.

• Defining and maintaining a roster of Scientific Leaders (SLs) and Key Decision Makers (KDMs) in their therapeutic area and interacting with identified SLs and healthcare administrators (KDMs) by exchanging balanced medical / scientific information.

• Consolidate actionable medical insights from the country on scientific gaps, ideas and other topics gathered from Scientific exchange to inform areas of interest, clinical trial programs, development programs and company TA strategy.

• Adapt the Global Medical Goals and Strategies into the country’s context, to support/lead initiatives in local real-world data generation, facilitate scientific communication, educational programs, and other tactics and solutions to improve patient outcomes and enhance access in the country.

• Alert investigators to Company program for Investigator Initiated Study Proposals and to the process for submitting investigator designed proposals for review and approval; encourage and facilitate research publication of studies supported by the company, in strict compliance with global/local guidance.

• Work with GCTO to identify potential investigators for Phase 1, 2 and 3 clinical trials.

• Support execution of and quickly adapt tactical plan to business realities in country.

• Providing on-label medical insights and training to internal colleagues, including information on competitor products, as well as disease states relevant to their therapeutic area.

Medical Information

What should you have:

• MD, PhD, PharmD or Pharmacist degree is required;

• 2-3 years in-field customer facing role and experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desired.

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Financial Services Specialist you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on life insurance products, responsible to respond to customer inquiries and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to promote insurance products effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote BJAK Life Insurance products and services.
• Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to customers.
• Listen empathetically to customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans tailored to their requirements.
• Close sales by effectively presenting the value of BJAK Life Insurance products.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in Financial Advisor or related fields is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of insurance products and terms is a plus.
• Ethical and customer-focused approach to business.
