Job Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user maintenance of our Finance systems and related processes
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery in accordance with Service Level Agreement
- Understand system set up implications due to changes in requirements or new products, and updates the necessary system configuration and procedure
- Ensure operational problems, issues and queries are resolved promptly and satisfactorily with the relevant parties involved
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and work closely with IT and relevant stakeholders to support production implementation including performing
- User Acceptance Testing
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent with minimum 1 year of internship / working experience in banking industry
- Good understanding of financial accounting, financial reporting, performance management & regulatory reporting related to Finance and Risk within a banking environment to support MAS610 regulatory submission
- Proficient in SQL, MS Powerpoint, Excel, Word
- Proven team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
