Responsible for the planning, design and delivery of a range of leadership and management staff training programmes as identified by the Trust and aligned to the NHS People Promise including the MTW Exceptional Leaders for All programmes. These programmes are designed in collaboration with wider development programmes, both internally and externally, to support staff with their personal development and career planning. This role will be required to explore the Trust needs and analyse collected insights to inform the design of interventions and deliver regular facilitation on Leadership Development programmes as well as supporting shorter development sessions as required.



This role will work across all MTW sites including Maidstone Hospital and Tunbridge Wells Hospital as well as training venues in the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells area. The team also work from home as appropriate depending on delivery/ team needs.

The main duties of this role include working collaboratively with colleagues and partners across the organisation, and externally, to understand the leadership development needs of staff and stakeholders. From these insights the Leadership Development Facilitators will be responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating programmes to create a learning culture within MTW with an emphasis on supportive behaviours.

3. Visa Process Knowledge:

Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the Department's visa processes, rules, and regulations within the team.
Delegate the responsibility of monitoring changes in visa processes to specific consultants, ensuring you keep the team informed about the most current requirements and procedures.
Serve or designate a point of contact between the agency and the Department, addressing any administrative or procedural queries to ensure agency compliance.

4. Accountability & Case Management:

Regularly review a sample of cases handled by migration consultants to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to standards, and delegate periodic case reviews to senior consultants.

Responsible for uploading all new CMG Risks, which are ratified at Board, to the Trust Register via Datix. About You

• The Assessor should ideally hold the Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement or equivalent.
• Hold a Level 3 qualification in a vocational related area e.g.
• The Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
• Level 4 Qualification in Internal Quality Assurance Processes and Practices.
• It is helpful to have current and up to date knowledge and experience of current assessment principles and practices.
• Experienced in the internal quality assurance of vocationally related programmes.

CULTURE AND ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE The post holder is required to lead, and support managers and staff to ensure that cultural change and growth becomes an integral way of working. Responsible for actively promote engagement in the NHS staff survey and contribute to the development of corporate action plan arising from common themes. Develop an action plan to support organisational cultural change by utilising and analysing complex workforce data, as well as working with service areas and undertaking and interpreting wider research. Systematically review current and future internal training and programme needs across a range of disciplines to support staff health and wellbeing, and recommend changes to drive forward the culture of the organisation. Develop and maintain relationships using effective and proactive communication mechanisms with managers, teams and individuals, in order to support the organisation in achieve its aims and objectives through a range of effective OD and learning and development interventions. Demonstrate a high level of skill in training development and will have an excellent understanding of the quality assurance process, as it relates to programme evaluation, accreditation of formal awards and the development of robust assessment frameworks.
