The HR & Payroll Executive is pivotal in supporting the Local MU organization by fostering a performance culture and enhancing associate engagement. This multifaceted role encompasses various HR functions, including day-to-day HR operations, signature HR processes, payroll delivery, data management, policy and handbook compilation, SOP review and updates, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations. You will play an important role, such as:

Payroll Management:

• Oversee and manage the payroll process for employees within the Malaysia MU organization.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including deductions, bonuses, and other compensations.

Policy Compilation and Handbook Development:

• Compile, review, and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and organizational guidelines.

Ensure the dissemination of updated policies and handbooks to employees and conduct training sessions if necessary.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Review and Updates:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as an effective Focal Point of contact/Key Account Manager in partnership with the client from various businesses in providing broad range of the HR solutions and strategic plans to support client in delivering the best HR practices that align with the business needs and achieve the business goals.

• Determine payroll liabilities by approving the calculation of employee’s income and social security taxes, and employer's social security, and workers compensation payments.
