職責：
- 審查施工計劃並準備數量要求。

- 審查維護和材料成本以及合約以確保最佳交易。

- 與現場經理、客戶、承包商和分包商聯絡。

- 準備報告、分析、合約、預算、風險評估和其他文件。

- 就改進和新策略向經理和客戶提供建議。

- 追蹤材料並在需要時訂購更多材料。

- 記錄設計中的任何變更並更新預算。

- 與外部和內部利害關係人建立並維持專業關係。

- 根據需要從辦公室前往各個地點。

- 確保合約履行得到最佳化，並確定並完成必要的改進行動。

要求：
- 工料測量、工程、管理或類似專業學士學位。
- 有施工估算或財務經驗者佳。
- 強大的分析和批判性思考能力。
- 該職位需要至少 8 年相關領域的工作經驗。

Responsibilities:

• To provide accurate measurement of quantities for Tenders and/or Projects on timely basis;
• Preparation of Tenders and Estimates;
• Responsible for the preparation of Progress Claims, Variation Order, Final Account promptly and accurately;
• To attend site meeting;
• To attend joint valuation with Consultant;
• To monitor and chase for Q.S Recommendation and Payment Certificate;
• To negotiate for the most competitive contract rates in the best interest of the company;
• Responsible in all works and activities associated with awarding of sub-contract work/job efficiently;
• Preparation of sub-contract’s application and final account;

Requirements:

• Proven experience as contract executive/quantity surveyor
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of diverse business processes and strategy development.
• Good understanding computer literacy and system
• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in quantity surveying
