Summary: The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the oversight & management of the Human Resources function, which includes Talent Acquisition for the Singapore location.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the area of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
• Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations and standard management reporting artifacts on a periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
• Identify and propose additional opportunities for HR/decision–support analytics.
• Maintains knowledge of HR policies, programs, laws, and issues. Understands the differences between domestic and international policies and programs and coordinates the integration of all such programs.
• Provide strategic oversight and direction to the Company’s benefits policy and practices.
• To oversee and direct the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This includes developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Spearheads campaigns and sourcing initiatives for effective candidate pooling.
• Prepare one-off and recurring reports using employee data in Workday and other data repositories.

Interim HR Manager - Insurance - 12 month FTC
London Hybrid


Joining on a 12 month FTC, you will cover maternity for a period of 12 months. Supporting a UK population of Underwriters in a generalist remit, you will manage the annual cyclical HR processes including managing complex ER casework and supporting with project work as required. You will also line manage an HR assistant.
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have operated in a generalist role as an HR Manager within an Insurance firm where you will have supported an underwriter population. You will be able to demonstrate how you have managed and resolved complex ER casework as well as providing advice and guidance on and updating HR policies and procedures. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to a 12 month FTC working hybrid 3 days per week from the London City office.
