Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Receive and record hand delivered documents and items.
• Sort incoming postal mails for distribution.
• Handling collection, sorting and delivering of internal/external mails and documents.
• Liaise with local courier providers to arrange for local and overseas courier services as requested by users.
• Support the Admin department to carry out destruction of physical files.
• Assist with event’s logistics as assigned.
• Assist in running errands as assigned.

Requirements:

• Able to understand and communicate in simple English.
• Possess a valid Class 2/2A/2B driving license.
• Possess an operational motorcycle.
• Pleasant, polite and customer-service oriented.
• Hardworking and responsible team player.
• Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Possess a clean riding record.
