As a Senior Executive in the Above Market Customer Success Team, you will be supporting the Above Market Customer Success Consulting Lead and Analytic & Insights Lead to work with cross-functional/countries team service the regional headquarters of NIQ global clients

- Create and grow engagement/relationships across multiple functions within the client’s regional organization.
- Show interest in the customer and their business/industry

- Able to deliver clear, complete, and correct information appropriately (even while checking for understanding)
- Facilitating daily two-way communication with clients as well as internal stakeholders.
- Be the channel for Voice of Client
- Be the channel for clients to share their voices and work with Consulting Lead/Analytics Lead in identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support the drive of NPS participation rate & positive score, and be part of the execution of NPS action plans.
- Results & Outcome Focus
- Drive client satisfaction by providing errorless reports, developing insights based on analysis of various data-sets, and crafting actionable recommendations that lead to opportunities & outcomes, including generating sales leads for NIQ across solution/products
- Deliver against the joint business plan designed in alignment with the client to answer the client’s business priorities.
- Contribute to QBO.
- Support the Consulting Lead in the Governance Process & Discussion, as well as escalation management.
