About the Position 

This is a Full Time Permanent Position.

Key Responsibilities may include, and not limited to

• Contact registered shoppers / auditors in the Americas / Europe / Asia Pacific region to allocate evaluations & surveys
• Respond to shopper / auditor email enquiries
• Quality check online reports & surveys according to set service standards
• Assist in recruiting new shoppers / auditors in Americas / Europe / Asia Pacific region to boost database.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary, STPM, ‘A’ Level, Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field
• Required language(s): Good Command of the English language

Job Function

Coordinates between customers and internal department; process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and manage needs of customers through phone and emails.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery arrangements until customers’ doorsteps.
• Report to Customer Service HOS and (or) Sales Manager.
• Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required by supervisor.
• Be initiatives on resolving issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, documentations issues, pricing/invoices queries etc.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• To participate NMM company activities (5s, Safety, Environment & Energy, Budget Plan, ISO Documentation, etc) as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Possess Diploma or Degree qualifications or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years related working experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.

Competency Requirements

• Customer Service skills: attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, professional telephone manners and communication skills, business writing skills.
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office software.
  SAP (added advantage).
• Good attitude, enthusiastic, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused.

About the job
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be required to provide a professional and courteous service to all distributors and direct customers.
The duties and scope of works will be:

• Manage service counter operations and interface with external and internal customers; handle queries from customerson back office matters.
• Handling daily orders and handle cash and all methods of payment from walk-in customers
• Liaise and coordinate with customers and courier service provider on delivery of products.  
• Provide information and advice on products,promotions and marketing activities. 
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all customers queries to ensure continuity of service.

The candidate

• Female preferred; age 23-35. Outgoing personality.
• Minimum SPM/UEC; however Diploma level qualification in Marketing, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Business or any other disciplines are most welcome.
• One to two years of relevant experience in customer service role,especially in healthcare industry; experience in the MLM industry will be an asset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Customer Relations Centre for few developments
• Planning and organizing tasks prior to vacant possession
• Prepare necessary drawings and plans to be included in vacant possession pack
• Liaise with HQ & Vendor in setting up defect management system
