In this position, you’ll be tasked to assist various stakeholders in the business unit and supporting business activities. Additionally, you will play a vital role in delivering all tasks in an efficient and timely manner while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and country legislations.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform technical verification checks on customers income documents and Process customer’s credit cards and unsecured loans account creation or maintenance in Bank’s operating systems (critical)

2. Toggle between different systems to perform pre-processing and data entries into various (critical)

3. Update reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis

4. Handle internal/external enquiries

5. Exceptional handling on cases unable to be processed by robotic tool

6. Conduct root cause analysis and engage Support team to resolve robotics’ tool issues (critical)

7. Manage ad-hoc project assigned by Team Manager

8. Escalate any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager

9. Assist Team Manager with various systems’ testing and prepare go-live documentation (e.g. Standard Operating Procedure)

Requirements:

1. Min. 2 year of experience in financial institutions, with Credit operations or knowledge would be an added advantage

2. Proficient in Microsoft office 365 i.e. Excel

3. Ability to multi-tasking and manage different activities

4. Good team player

3. Perform data entries for financial and non- financial updates to system

4. Pre-process and generate ad hoc letters for Auto Loan customers

5. Perform administrative functions

6. Ensure all requests are processed within specified service standard, timely and accurately

7. Escalate any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager

Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Credit Control & Accounts Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Organise and conduct regular credit & AR review meetings with BUs / sales departments to close out all delinquent accounts.

• Follow up and communicate with customers.

• Review and process new customer account applications.

• Maintain and update particulars and credit limits of customer accounts in SAP.

• Monitor daily sales transactions for credit holds in SAP and communicate with sales department to address overdue issues.

• Disseminate or circulate invoices, statements of accounts, reminder and confirmation letters.

• Perform customer account reconciliations and confirmations.

• Prepare regular collections and AR status reports for management and for HQ.

• Liaise with insurer and apply for trade credit insurance for customer accounts with credit terms.

• Liaise with banks in respect of bank guarantees including but not limited to letters of credit.

• Check supporting documents to carry out billings to customers.

• Other adhoc duties assigned by Senior Financial Controller/ Assistant Manager.

Requirements:

• At least 2 year relevant working experience.

• Proficient in MS software including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

• SAP working experience is preferred.

• Working experience with Letters of Credit is desired.
