CREATIVE DIRECTOR

This person is passionate about design and is able to think conceptually, lead creative team, manage the creative process from concept to completion and oversee client pitches.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years’ experience as senior designer in a creative or design agency

· Strong conceptual abilities to generate fresh ideas and inspire other team members to do the same

· Proven ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of flexibility to juggle a few projects at a time

The Creative Director leads the conceptualisation and execution of marketing and retail campaigns for the Benjamin Barker brand on and end-to-end level.

You will be designing and art directing deliverables including photoshoots, digital campaigns, BTL advertisements, customer experience design.

Supervises the creative process of large-scale design projects for some of the most renowned consumer brands in the world. Directs and supports the projects on various levels, from hands-on design to brand leadership and project management.
