· Project Management:

· Quality Control:

· Client and Stakeholder Communication:

· Resource Management:

Job Responsibilities:
· Establish, implementation, operation and maintenance of Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001.
· Monitor and control the distribution of all the quality documentation of the projects.
· Develop and implement QA quality programs and quality plans in accordance with the project requirements.
· Plan, prepare and implement QA/QC program as per project requirements and guide project team to ensure full compliance.
· Conduct audits and inspections to perform all internal and external audits to ensure full compliance to the quality system of the project.
· Conduct to perform field surveillance and conduct regular quality audit to ensure full compliance.
· Meeting and liaising with client and sub-contractors to prepare QA/QC work procedures, Inspection, and inspection plans.
· Plan and execute inspections plan in a timely manner to ensure construction quality is in accordance with the quality plan.
· Lead, manage and mentor the subcontractor’s quality team members.
· Manage Subcontractor’s QA/QC program to ensure it meets contract requirements and all local and federal codes.
· Record observations from job site inspections and complete inspection reports.

Job Requirements:
· Degree holder in Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
· Minimum 5 yeas experience in QA/QC in Construction.
· Sound knowledge and experience in ISO Quality Management System
· Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English as these are the language used in the construction site.
· Self-motivated, well organized and proactive.
