Job  Responsibility:

• Process Engineering at Assembly Process
• Setup of new product which consist of document preparation to meet IATF requirements.
• Yield & quality improvement on assigned product types / process.
• Cost reduction projects in Assembly process in order to reduce overall product cost.
• To carry out investigation & propose corrective actions related to quality issue.
• To support Production delivery

1. To manage the task of Quality Assurance for the products under his/her charge to ensure that the products, leaving the company meet the standards for quality set by the company.
2. To coordinate on corrective action for any quality problem occurring at QA, reliability, and customers.
3. To perform failure analysis on reliability, QA and customer detected defects and generate reports if necessary.
4. To initiate/ participate in quality improvement projects.
5. To assist QA Manager as per required and work towards QA department objectives.

About Operations Engineering Division (OED): OED is the central team that supports all Business Unit Design and Development teams, and other organizations including Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Foundry Operations, and Test.  OED provides a platform for managing all process technology and PDK development for both Internal and External Foundry processes. This strong and highly qualified team (mostly MS/PhD) add strength in developing Test Technology, Foundry Operations, and Yield management. The team’s world class contributions lead to aggressive NPI strategies and continual cost and gross margin improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Cloud based yield tool deployment, Foundry Yield Improvement, Datamining support for fab escalations and yield tool training.

The new hire is expected to:

1. Drive Foundry Defect Density Reduction.
2. Analyze gaps between defect driven yield and actual ATPG yield to improve foundry related process / defect issues for yield improvement.
3. Collaborate with foundry process, PE/TE and foundry technical manager to design foundry DOEs for yield improvement.
4. Work with foundry on the WAT / Inline monitoring.
5. Drive foundry yield and gross margin improvement.
6. Support foundry Excursion/ RMA data analytics and work with foundry managers and QA for hold lot disposition.
7. Support foundry/fab transfer safe launch data analytics.
8. Conduct D0 yield calculation for new projects.
9. Maintain detailed documentation of yield analysis, experiments, and corrective actions for future reference and continuous improvement.
10. Drive PDF data integrity and loading for the foundry projects.
11. Provide PDF Exensio consultations for product/test teams.
12. Build PDF Exensio custom template as needed.

• Daily production sustaining activities to make sure PPGI+3 and OEE 80% goals meeting.
• Low yield & RMA analysis and disposition.
• Test program & Hardware buyoff.
• Responsible for all J750 related activities.

• Ensure all relevant laws, statutes and regulation relating to electrical system and installation is comply with.
• Ensure that schedule routine and preventive maintenance work HT/LV and Genset system are carry out.
• To carry out shift meter reading & shift duty to support production.
• To assist on implementation of scheduled & unscheduled preventive maintenance.                                           
• To conduct routine voltage, current, power factor and harmonic checking & submit monthly report on their status.
