Location : Cashew Road (near Cashew MRT)
Contract period : June 2024 to May 2025
Working hours : Required to work 42hrs a week, working hours, 8.5 hours from Mon – Thu and 8 hours on Fri.
Position : Facilities Management Executive
Responsibilities:
• Carry out routine building and common area inspection and prepare inspection report.
•Organize data from feedback channel and prepare monthly report.
•Carry out administrative duties such as raising Purchase Request through system
•Assist in managing contractors including escort and access clearance.
•Assist in managing Auditorium and Function Hall.
Requirements:
•Singapore Citizen
• Knowledge or keen interest in Facility management
•Knowledge of IT and Proficient in Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. excel/powerpoint)
•Proficient in communicating and writing
•Diploma / ITE / GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level qualifications. (The executive will need to prepare building defect inspection report on a regular basis and he/she will need some level of data analysis skills to organize and present building infra data.)
Salary ranges from $1,800 - $3,000 per month depending on qualifications and relevant working experience.
