We are looking for a Business Management Trainee to join and support the Growth team. The Growth team in Aleph are entrepreneurs who champion clients and colleagues alike. With a keen sense for turning insight into opportunity, they are responsible for building relationships that foster commercial viability for our studio and our clients business. Motivated by work that makes a meaningful and sustained impact, the team is seeking to drive innovative work that solves our client’s business problems and engage consumers in new ways. Over the course of this apprenticeship, you will receive direct business experience under the mentors in the department to sharpen your professional skills.
We are looking for people who are curious, open, eager to learn and to eventually grow with us. Based on your performance, there is potential for a full time position in the future as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the growth team of end-to-end pitches / client responses, from inception and requirements definition to project’s delivery, making sure that the planning, timeline, the budget and the pitch quality are respected.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our services.
- Ensure smooth business operations by managing resources, schedules, and team coordination.
- Maintain clear and effective communication (written and verbal) with clients and internal teams.
Key requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in business operations or operations management OR Fresh Graduate with business and operations management internship experience.
- Meticulous approach to tasks ensuring accuracy in reports, proposals, and client interactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
- A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport
- Proficiency in Google Workspaces (Sheets, Docs, etc.) for project management, data organization, and seamless communication.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a calm outlook
