Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the department in execution and implementation of initiatives to ensure are aligned with company mandate.
- Assist Academy in Industrial (Ail) and skills in Oil and Gas (SOGA) project.
- Assist PIPC Workforce database management
- Assist the job placement initiative for PIPC project.
- Coordination and facilitation of IDM initiatives.
- Assist in report management of IDM initiatives
- Provide support in monitoring and ensuring implementation of IDM initiatives
- Assist project teams in finding resolutions of project issues and risk to ensure delivery of IMD initiatives.
- Assist project team to continuously improve the execution of the project management, processes and tools for IDM initiatives.
