What you will be doing:

• Ensuring exceptional customer service. Ensuring that services meet customer specifications (anticipate), responds promptly and setup based on BEO.
• Finding creating solutions and proactively solving problems in order to meet a demanding client base and adjust service to suit guests' requests, personalize to meet needs.
• Empower employees to provide excellent customer service. 
• Adhere to all budget guidelines that are established for each event. 
• Manages department controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals. 
• Maintain records for inventory, labor cost, beverage cost, etc.
• Leads shifts and actively participates in the servicing of events. 
• Projects supply needs for the department.
• Ensures accurate customer billing for banquet events. 
• Ensures coordination and execution throughout the event.
